Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is submitted, it is processed through our fulfillment center and typically ships within 2 to 5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking email. Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days after the shipment date via USPS or FedEx.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
You should receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your Junk/Spam folders. If it’s still missing, contact our customer service team to verify your order status.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order ships, our system will send you a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $60 or more. Additionally, all "Subscribe & Save" orders automatically include free shipping as a benefit of your membership. For orders under $60, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I apply a promo code?
You can enter your promo code during the checkout process. The discount will be applied to your total before you finalize your purchase. Please note that most coupons cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
